Welcome to the Arapahoe Warriors Recreational Hockey registration page for the 2026-2027 Fall/Winter season. We are excited for the upcoming season and look forward to getting back on the ice!
Please take the time to read the following information before registering your player for the 2026-2027 Fall/Winter season.
Program Overview
Arapahoe Warriors Rec Program has 2 Leagues: Arapahoe Warriors Rec Hockey League and Junior Warriors Development League
Arapahoe Warriors Rec Hockey League
- part of CRHL (Colorado Recreational Hockey League)
- 4 Age Divisions: 10U, 12U, 14U and 18U
- plays associations in the South Conference
- Fall/Winter Season Length - September through February
- Fall season - tiering games
- Winter season - teams placed in divisions: Red - Upper, White - Middle, Blue - Lower
- 1 practice per week
- skill session every other week for younger levels
- 1 - 2 games per weekend on Saturday or Sunday
Junior Warriors Development League
- In-House League
- games on Sunday morning, no practices
- 2 separate sessions available:
- September - December
- January - March/April
Getting Started
Returning Arapahoe Players or New Hockey Players
If your player participated in any of our Fall/Winter regular season programs (8U, Recreational, Mighty Warriors, Junior Warriors or Competitive Travel) during the 2025-2026 season, you will be able to register and pay your deposit until registration closes.
If you are new to playing in a hockey league (you did not participate in another association's hockey league last season), you will be able to register and pay your deposit until registration closes.
New Arapahoe Players
Players who were not members of the Arapahoe Warriors Organization last season AND participated in another association's hockey league last season, are required to complete the CAHA Financial Release Form and send it to SusanP@ssprd.org
Player's Country of Citizenship
Any player, who does not hold USA citizenship, is required to submit a completed transfer form to USA Hockey to be processed and approved before a player can participate in regular season games. This includes players who hold permanent resident cards (green cards).
Go to https://www.usahockey.com/youthhockeytransferforms to download the transfer forms and submit them to transfers@usahockey.org.
How to Register
- If you're new to Crossbar, you will be asked to set up an account with a username and password. You will need to add your player as a "new participant" to Crossbar. Please add any additional family member contacts who you want to receive communication from the Ice Hockey Office.
- Register with USA Hockey and obtain a new USAH # for the 2026-2027 season: USA Hockey Number Registration.
- REGISTER with the Arapahoe Warriors for the 2026-2027 Fall/Winter Season and answer all questions, complete all waivers and pay the registration deposit.
After Registration
You will receive a confirmation email that confirms your player's spot in the Arapahoe Warriors program. Within a week after the registration deadline for your age level, you will receive an email with your evaluation group assignment and evaluation schedule.
After evaluations have been completed, players will be drafted to either a Rec team in the CRHL or to our Junior Warriors House Hockey League.

Arapahoe Warriors Scholarship Fund
The Arapahoe Youth Hockey Association is committed to providing the opportunity for young athletes to participate in youth hockey at all levels. AYHL's endowment scholarship program has been designed to provide annual funds that are earmarked to help ease the financial obligations of Arapahoe players and families in need.

Registration Payment Schedules
The Season Fee of $1550/$1600 is the total fee which includes the Fall and Winter seasons.
