Planning to be a Team Manager or Locker Room Monitor for the 2026–2027 season?
Complete the three steps below to be eligible and rostered. You can track your status anytime on USA Hockey's LMS system.
Required Steps for All Team Managers and Locker Room Monitors

- Required annually. The 4th digit of your USA Hockey number indicates its expiration year — for the current season, that digit should be a "7."
- You'll receive a confirmation email containing your USA Hockey registration number.
- Submit your number through this Google Form so it can be shared with the appropriate Arapahoe Warriors staff.
- A 90-minute training video with knowledge checks.
- Certification is valid for 12 months and must be renewed every season.
- The training follows a Core Course once every 4 years, followed by three annual refresher courses in between.
- Cost: $30, valid for two years.
- Completed through NCSI; processing takes approximately 5-10 business days.
- You cannot be rostered until this step is complete.
