Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Warriors Summer Skills Camps

Fees are non-refundable.

Sharpen Em Up

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your child's spot. Payment is non-refundable. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your child's registration for any reason, we will not be able to offer a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we have already reserved a spot for your child and have made financial commitments based on the number of registered participants. Dismissal: We reserve the right to dismiss any participant from the camp for behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or violates the rules and regulations. In such cases, no refund or credit will be given. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy.

Warriors Travel Fall Season

At the Arapahoe Warriors, we are dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and rewarding experience for all players and families. Due to the structure and financial commitments of our program, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following information carefully before completing your registration: Payment Policy: All payments are non-refundable. A deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your player’s spot in the Arapahoe Warriors program. This deposit does not guarantee placement on a travel team. Players who are not selected for a travel team will be placed in the Arapahoe Rec Program. By registering, you are committing your player to the entire 2025–2026 season. Full-season payment must be received in order to obtain a financial release to participate in another organization—no exceptions. Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your child’s registration for any reason, please note that no refunds will be issued. We recognize that unexpected situations may arise; however, once a spot is reserved, we incur financial obligations based on total enrollment. Full-season payment remains required for a financial release to another organization. Dismissal Policy: The Arapahoe Warriors reserve the right to remove any player from the program due to behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of team or organizational policies. This includes inappropriate conduct by parents or guardians at games or practices. In these instances, no refund or credit will be given. Injury Policy: We understand that injuries and other unforeseen events may occur during the season. However, our Zero Refund Policy remains in effect. To help safeguard your investment, optional registration insurance is available through a third-party provider during the registration process. We encourage families to consider this option. Acknowledgment: By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Arapahoe Warriors’ no-refund policy. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a great season for your player.

Lady Warriors Fall Season

At the Arapahoe Lady Warriors, we are dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and rewarding experience for all players and families. Arapahoe Fall Invitational

A team will receive a refund of 80% of the fee if they must cancel out of the tournament and notify the director in writing 30 days before the tournament begins. No refunds will be given for team cancellations without 30 days' written notice. There is no admission fee for spectators.
