New Travel Player Application

This application is only for players who wish to try out for Arapahoe Warriors Travel Hockey and who played for another organization (not Arapahoe Warriors/AYHA) during the 2025-26 season.

Players who do need to complete this application will be placed on a waitlist and no deposit will be collected. Please note that all new members are subject to review.

The steps involved in this process are as follows:

1. Complete the New Player Application: Fill out the designated application form. Make sure to provide all the required information accurately and completely. A Financial Release is not required at the time of New Player Application.
2. Wait for Director Approval: Once you have submitted the application, it will be reviewed by the Director. It is preferred that New Player Applications be submitted as early as possible, due to the extended duration of the review process.
3. Not all applicants can be accepted due to player transfer restrictions enforced by CAHA (Colorado Amateur Hockey Association) and RMHF (Rocky Mountain Hockey Federation).

If approved, you will be asked to complete the following:

1. Provide a Financial Release from your Previous Organization: Obtain a financial release document from your previous organization, indicating that there are no outstanding financial obligations or disputes. This document serves as proof that you are cleared financially to transfer to a different organization.
2. Complete Full Registration: After fulfilling all the preceding steps (including providing the financial release), you will be required to complete the full registration process. This will include the season registration, payment of the initial deposit, and providing any other requested documentation. Season pricing will be honored based on the date of the New Player Application submittal.

Failure to follow the required new player transfer steps can result in the application being denied. It is crucial to adhere to the specified instructions and complete all the necessary steps accurately. Any deviation or failure to provide the required documentation may lead to the rejection of your application.

2026-27 New Travel Player Application

This application must be completed only by players who are new to the Arapahoe Warriors Organization and wish to try out for Warriors Travel Hockey — meaning players who played for another club (not Warriors Mighty Warriors, 8U, or AYHL Rec) during the 2025-26 Fall/Winter Season.

Returning Warriors Mighty Warriors, 8U, and AYHL Rec players do not need to fill out this form.

Arapahoe Warriors Organization will review the application, and once we have ensured compliance with applicable transfer rules at each age division, we will send a follow-up email. Per the 2026 CAHA Policies and Procedures, new players cannot be registered until July 1st.
