Welcome to the Arapahoe Lady Warriors Travel Hockey registration page for the 2026-2027 season.

Please take the time to read the following information before registering your player for the 2026 - 2027 Season. To take advantage of the $200 Early Bird savings, sign up by June 30th.

Arapahoe Rec and 8U Hockey registration opens on June 1 and will be a separate registration.

Getting Started

Returning Players

If your player participated in any of our 2025-26 Fall/Winter regular season programs (8U, Recreational, or Competitive), you are eligible to register until registration closes.

New Players

Players who were not part of the Arapahoe Warriors organization during the 2025-26 Fall/Winter season must complete the New Player Application.

Player's Country of Citizenship

Any player who is not a U.S. citizen must submit a completed transfer form to USA Hockey for processing and approval before participating in regular-season games. This requirement also applies to players holding permanent resident cards (green cards).

How to Register

Returning Arapahoe Warrior Player

NEW PLAYER APPLYING TO JOIN THE ARAPAHOE LADY WARRIORS ORGANIZATION

Players interested in joining the AYHL Travel Hockey Program must complete the New Player Application. This application is required for any player who did not play for the Arapahoe Warriors Organization during the 2025-2026 season.

Once submitted, the Arapahoe Warriors Organization will review the application and verify compliance with applicable player transfer rules for each age division. Applicants will receive a follow-up email after this review.

Please note: New players who did not participate in AYHL during the previous season and who submit a completed application will be notified of their acceptance or denial no earlier than July 1 of the current season.

Certain exceptions to the AYHL new player transfer policy may apply, including but not limited to:

  • Change of residence
  • Out-of-state transfers
  • Players in the 16U and older age groups
  • CRHL transfers
  • Tier I transfers

Sports Fee Registration Insurance

We understand that unexpected events can occur during the hockey season. The Arapahoe Warriors Organization has a Zero Refund Policy. To help protect your investment, insurance is being offered at the time of registration.

ARAPAHOE WARRIORS SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The Arapahoe Youth Hockey Association is committed to providing the opportunity for young athletes to participate in youth hockey at all levels. AYHL's endowment scholarship program has been designed to provide annual funds that are earmarked to help ease the financial obligations of Arapahoe players and families in need.

Tryout schedules and player assignments will be posted at warriorhockeyclub.com 5-7 days before each age division's tryout start date.



REGISTRATION PAYMENT SCHEDULES

1st Period Restration (Register before July 1 to save $200)

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR 1ST PERIOD REGISTRATION

  1. Pay Non-Refundable Registration Deposit in Full - $800 or utilize a payment plan with a $300 Registration Deposit, $250 due on July 1, $250 due on August 1.
  2. Upon team placement, player package ($225 for returning player package or $325 for new player package) and team placement dues will be processed.
  3. A non-district fee of $30 will be processed on Oct 1 for those players who are not SSPRD residents.
  4. Remaining dues will be processed on Oct 15, Nov 15, and Dec 15.
  5. Team fees will be collected by team managers or the team treasurer towards the beginning of each season. See programming and information details below on those average costs. Those amounts are in addition to the association fees.
  • If your player is released following tryouts, a refund will be processed within 7-10 days for the initial registration deposit, minus an association fee of $125.
  • Players placed on a travel team are committed to the remaining season dues regardless of team placement.


2nd Period Registration (Register July 1 - July 31 to save $100)

Payment Options for 2nd Period Registration

  1. Pay Non-Refundable Registration Deposit in Full - $900 or utilize a payment plan with a $600 Registration Deposit, $300 due on August 1.
  2. Upon team placement, player package ($225 for returning player package or $325 for new player package) and team placement dues will be processed.
  3. A non-district fee of $30 will be processed on Oct 1 for those players who are not SSPRD residents.
  4. Remaining dues will be processed on Oct 15, Nov 15, and Dec 15.
  5. Team fees will be collected by team managers or the team treasurer towards the beginning of each season. See programming and information details below on those average costs. Those amounts are in addition to the association fees.

2026-2027 LADY WARRIORS SEASON PROGRAMMING AND INFORMATION

2026-2027 Lady Warriors Season Additional Information

  • Players will not be eligible to participate in tryouts unless all fees to date have been paid in full and the player is in good financial standing from previous seasons.
  • By participating in tryouts, you are committing your player to the full season fees regardless of team placement.
  • All registered players who are not selected for an Arapahoe travel team will be guaranteed a roster spot on an Arapahoe Rec (CRHL) team. Following travel tryouts, the registration deposit will be refunded, less the $125 association fee. Players who are released from travel consideration will receive communication from the AYHL Rec program regarding Rec registration details.
  • At the competitive level, player participation in all team events, including in-state tournaments, travel tournaments, league games, and other team functions, is mandatory.
  • Travel tournaments and all additional team functions or expenses are not included in association fees. This includes coaches’ expenses incurred while traveling outside of the Front Range area. All team additional fees are the responsibility of the team members and are divided equally among players.
  • Navy gloves and helmets are MANDATORY for all travel players for the 2026-2027 season and are not included in the player package. All players are responsible for these items individually.
  • Players who participated in another organization during the 2025-2026 season must apply and be accepted to AYHL before registering. All New Players must provide a Financial Release from their previous organization before registering or participating in any Arapahoe 2026-2027 programming.
