Alex also serves as the Skills Coordinator and Director of Player Development for the Warriors Travel Program, where his impact continues to be felt across all levels of play. He previously served as the Head Coach of the Warriors 14UAA team during the 2021 season.

A native of Ukraine, Alex represented his country as a member of the U18 World Junior Championship (Division 1B). After moving to Colorado to pursue greater hockey opportunities, he played a key role on the 2016–2017 Colorado Thunderbirds 18UAAA team that qualified for the National Tournament.

Since beginning his coaching career in 2017, Alex has developed a deep passion for mentoring youth players. His focus on skill development, positive reinforcement, and creating a competitive yet supportive environment has made him a cornerstone of the Warriors coaching staff. His leadership in the Squirt Division, combined with his dedication to the growth of every player both on and off the ice, continues to shape the future of the Warriors program.

Alex and his wife, Abigale, reside in Highlands Ranch with their daughter and two dogs.
